I very much enjoyed this book. The happiness habit recommendations are written in an easy to understand way - and include a lot of interesting research. I also liked how the happiness tips are well organized into very clear chapters on different topics (health, love, work, home, family etc). If you've been wanting to make changes in your life, but find yourself struggling - this book will help! Plus I love the design and illustrations- which also make the book fun to read.
I LOVE this book! The happiness tips are written in a fun and easy to understand way - which makes you want to do them! Plus the book has really pretty illustrations so you just want to keep turning the pages and reading more! I also love how the author shares a lot of surprising happiness boosting habits - ones which are super easy to slip into your day. She also explains how to dump bad habits and make sure you do the good ones! I've been recommending this book to everyone!
Karen's done it again - created a super fun and easy to read book - filled with do-able tools to be happier! I love how she shares habits in a range of categories - love, health, family, friends, home, work, you name it! And she gives you sneaky ways to make sure you actually do the habits she recommends! Love this book! Getting it as gifts for friends and family!! Karen is one of my favorite authors when it comes to positivity.....which is so needed especially at this time.
