– here’s a powerful persuasive story – to convince you to start meditating. In case you’re on the fence about meditation
According to the Washington Post, meditation saved the Thai soccer team that was trapped in that cave.
Yep, assistant soccer coach, Ekapol Chanthawong, helped those boys to do meditation regularly – to help ease everybody’s stress and fears.
Plus, Chanthawong also taught the boys how to meditate in order to train their bodies to conserve energy.
As it turns out, Chanthawong trained as a Buddhist monk for a decade in northern Thailand.
He was used to meditating daily with monks.
His meditation background came in very helpfully for that team in the cave.
If meditation can help people trapped in a cave to be calmer – you should consider meditating to help yourself with your daily stressors.
You’re not alone. Many people get bored far too easily – or have trouble knowing if they’re doing it right.
With this in mind, I created a fun meditation tool – called “MeDOTation” – where you stare at a dot in the middle of a stylish image.
This tool is so fun and simple, that even my 7 year old son can do it – and does.
Yes, for 100% FREE you can grab this video training – and learn to MeDOTate away your stress!
This tool is one of many relaxation video training tools from inside my video course The Anxiety Cure.
