It’s always important to make sure that you’re living a great life. Not an average life or one that you feel is just okay – a big, bold, and beautiful life. Because you deserve to be happy every single day.
And this is why you should make it a commitment to happiness.
You need to be thinking about the things that you can do to make sure that you are feeling happier every day.
Now, this can seem like such a big task. But it can be so simple. When you’re more mindful and conscious about this intention of being happier, you can make it happen more easily. And I’m here to help!

In my research, I learned effective ways to boost your success and happiness by building up specific positive habits – and busting those naughty ones.
In this article I’ll be focusing mainly on the “happy habit basics.”
Firstly, we have exercise to think about. It doesn’t mean you have to do a crazy workout, but you should definitely think about moving more. Exercise is linked to happiness and can be great for your mind too. Plus, if you start to feel a bit healthier, it can boost your mood too.
Next up, we have positive thinking. If you’re stuck in a negative rut, it can make you feel really rubbish. Instead, when you choose positivity and to see the good in life, it can really add more happiness into your everyday life.
Then you might like to think about how you can add more fun into your life. From the idea of starting a new hobby, joining a club, or even teaching yourself to craft. Just look to welcome more things into your life that spark joy and make you feel fantastic.
It could also be the case that it’s going to really help you if you can learn something new. Maybe you want to learn French because you love to travel? Or maybe you want to progress your career and speaking to b school consultants about an MBA could work? We all need to be learning and growing in life in order to feel like we’re developing. So it can always be fun for you to think about learning something new.
But then also, you’re going to want to be much kinder to yourself. Listen to your thoughts. Are you putting yourself down or comparing yourself? How do you speak to yourself every day? It’s time to stop beating yourself up and start lifting yourself up instead! This can make such a difference. Don’t put pressure on yourself. Don’t force yourself to do and be all of these things. Instead, accept yourself and just be so much kinder to yourself. It makes a huge difference.
As much as you may feel like you just can’t make a difference to your everyday life, you totally can. In small ways and in big ways, there are lots off things that you can do to make sure that you welcome more happiness into your life every single day. It can be such a great thing for your mental wellbeing.
