People have been debating word count for years, and more specifically, how it relates to SEO. How many words is enough? What is the minimum amount of words that you need to write in order to rank high on search engines?
Well, while that number isn’t known for sure, most people say that 1,500 words or more per article is a good place to start. This is especially true if you’re trying to rank for a more competitive keyword, and thus, need to stand out from other websites writing about that same topic.
