People talk about how busy they are so proudly – as if it’s a competition for who is more short on time and sleep deprived.
We are overwhelmed by emails, texts, social media, and a barrage of online information. As a result, we barely have time to focus on the people who matter most – and/or sit quietly with ourselves. Plus then the stress we are feeling puts us into a bad moods – or leads to bad habits.
