You’re not talking about oatmeal that you eat for breakfast, but colloidal oatmeal. This is a finely ground version that dissolves in the bath. Of course if all you do have is breakfast oatmeal, you can put some into a pair of tights or a stocking and run it through the warm water so that your bath is filled with oaty water.

4. Epsom salts.

In a similar manner to oatmeal baths, a warm bath that has Epsom salts can really help to relieve inflammation and remove the scales from your skin. As long as you are following up with a hydrating moisturizer afterwards, your skin will thank you later.
