1. Oral Care

2. Wash Your Hands

Though a very simple and mundane activity, washing hands can prove to be the essential and foremost step toward your hygiene. When these hands come in contact with our eyes, mouth, or other vulnerable areas of our body, we naturally become predisposed to dangerous infections. It is certainly wise to consider cleaning it once in a while. The most effective method is using a cotton swab dipped in alcohol and water mixture and rubbing it on your phone screen. Not only this, but your phone cases, air pods, and other devices also need a proper cleaning routine.

6. Food Safety

Whether you are getting takeout or cooking at home, paying close attention to food hygiene can protect you from very harmful microbes like E.coli, Clostridium botulinum, Aspergillus, and more. Make sure to wash your hands, utensils, and raw food products before meal preparation. If you’re eating at or from a restaurant, you should be aware of their cooking methods and sanitization levels.

7. Use PPE

Our atmosphere carries various constituents like microorganisms, dust particles, pollens, etc. When inhaled, these particles cause several allergic reactions or infections. Using medicines without a doctor’s prescription can develop antimicrobial resistance in which the disease-causing agents in your body become resistant to drugs and require hardcore and intensive treatments.
