Here are 14 mindfulness quotes about being present and reducing anxiety. These quotes about being mindful will encourage you to live more in the now.
Are your thoughts in a whirlwind – floating to the past or wandering into the future? I’m here to help!
I personally created each of these mindfulness quotes with the goal of helping you to breathe a sigh of relief and let go of anxiety.
Why? Because I’m a recovered anxiety sufferer – turned meditation expert/teacher. Unfortunately, I fully understand what it’s like to be overwhelmed by worries about the future and regrets about the past.
Thankfully, I also now know how to master my thoughts, so I can be fully, peacefully present in the here and now.
In fact I now even believe a good definition for happiness is “to be mindfully and peacefully present in the moment.”
