What is Alternative Medicine and Does It Really Help?

What is Alternative Medicine and Does It Really Help?Learn about what is alternative medicine and if it really helps with things like anxiety relief and other emotional struggles. Read on…

If you’re someone who struggles with anxiety, you know firsthand how challenging it can be to find effective ways to manage it.

As someone who is a bestselling wellness author and founder of the therapist recommended The Anxiety Cure Online Course I’m always open to exploring new techniques that might help people find relief from anxiety.

That’s why I decided to explore the world of alternative therapies, including the use of sound frequencies for healing.

As you might know, alternative medicine is often used to describe techniques that are meant to be used as a replacement or a complement to traditional medicine practices. They are called alternatives because they are not yet proven through clinical trials.

However, this being said, a large group of people claim to have been helped through alternative medicines.

While I maintain a healthy dose of skepticism, and believe in the importance of scientific evidence, I’m also open to trying new things that might help alleviate anxiety symptoms.

Alternative medicine can be grouped into five segments:

  • Complete medical systems.
  • Mind-body practices.
  • Biologically grounded practices.
  • Manipulative and body-based therapies.
  • Energy therapies.

Why Some People Choose Alternative Medicines

Some people may wonder why others opt for alternative medicines when traditional medicines are already proven through clinical trials and studies. Here are a few reasons:

  • They have tried traditional methods and were not happy with the results.
  • They see alternative medicines as providing more options and control over their healthcare.
  • The alternative treatments align better with their personal beliefs.

Using Sound Frequencies for Healing

One form of alternative medicine involves using sound frequencies. Our bodies and souls can be aligned with different frequencies. One example is the 528-MHz frequency, also known as the vibration of love. Think of it like tuning a musical instrument. You tune your physical and emotional state to align with your surroundings, creating positive effects on your mind, body, and spirit.

Although we can’t see sound, it’s present everywhere, including the universe. Scientists and musicologists have studied how specific frequencies relate to things like planetary orbits. The musical note “Mi” has a frequency of 528 hertz, which has been used for healing since ancient times.

Benefits of the 528-MHz Frequency

The healing power of the 528-hertz frequency is truly remarkable, as it has a beneficial effect on our body, mind, and soul. This frequency resonates with our cells and organs, producing a vibration that spreads throughout our entire body, unleashing its positive effects.

Activating and reinforcing our natural self-healing abilities helps promote our overall well-being. The Golden frequency, also known as the Love frequency, has been used for healing purposes since ancient times, producing a transformative state within the body, mind, and soul.

If you’re experiencing feelings of anxiety, stress, or disconnection from life, the Lovetuner can serve as an ideal mindfulness tool. Calibrated to the 528hz frequency, it generates a spiritual breath that transforms your exhale into the vibrational love frequency of 528 hertz.

This healing frequency has physical and biological importance because it’s found in the geometry of our DNA’s double helix structure. Genetic biochemists have studied the effects of the 528-hertz frequency and are currently using it in their labs to repair damaged DNA.

Moreover, quantum physics has revealed that every human cell possesses its own electromagnetic field, which makes it responsive to frequency and vibration.

528-Mhz Frequency and Its Potential Benefits

Although there is limited scientific research on the healing power of the 528-hertz frequency, some case studies and anecdotal evidence suggest its potential benefits. Here are a few examples:

  • A study published in the Journal of Addiction Research and Therapy found that listening to music with a 528-hertz frequency reduced anxiety levels significantly.
  • In a case study published in the International Journal of Complementary and Alternative Medicine, a patient reported improvement in chronic pain and fatigue after receiving sound therapy with a tuning fork set to 528 hertz.
  • Another case study published in the Journal of Energy Psychology explored the use of the 528-hertz frequency for emotional healing, which resulted in a sense of calm and emotional release.

However, more research is needed to understand the full potential of the 528-hertz frequency for healing. It’s also important to consult with a healthcare professional before using alternative therapies.

Practicing Tuning for Health Benefits

Using a device like the “lovetuner,” tuning techniques can help achieve an altered state of being, leading to various benefits such as reducing stress, preventing burnout, and improving overall health.

Tuning can increase awareness, let go of unnecessary thoughts and anxiety, relax, find balance, and improve concentration. Here are some steps to practice tuning:

  • Remove the Lovetuner from the cap.
  • Position the side with the rounded mouthpiece between your lips.
  • Gently blow into the Lovetuner to create a smooth, continuous note with a steady volume.
  • Hold the note for as long as desired, with some athletes reportedly holding it for over a minute per exhale.
  • After exhaling, inhale through your nose and allow the air to flow into the center of your body, keeping the Lovetuner between your lips.
  • Exhale again with the next note and repeat the process for at least six breath cycles or as long as desired.
  • The Lovetuner can be used almost anywhere, such as at home, during office breaks, in the car, with friends, on your yoga mat, or in nature.
  • After tuning in, take a moment to appreciate the stillness and your newfound state of being.

In conclusion

I believe that exploring alternative therapies for anxiety can be a valuable addition to traditional treatments. While it’s important to approach these practices with a healthy dose of skepticism, it’s also helpful to keep an open mind.

I believe that everyone’s journey towards finding relief from anxiety is unique. What works for one person may not work for another. However when we broaden our toolkit for managing anxiety, we also increase our chances of finding a treatment that works for us.
