When I was pregnant with my son Ari, I gained about 90 pounds on my five foot 3 three frame.
That is not a typo.
And no, I was not pregnant with a teenager!
After my son was born, I lost some of the weight. But I remained 20 pounds over my healthy weight.
Eventually I wound up experiencing health issues around my weight gain. So I went into research mode. I read piles of research on emotional eating.
