Ensure to dilute pure essential oils before directly applying them to your skin. Do a small patch test by applying a small amount of diluted oil to your forearm interior. Wait for a day to check if you have allergic reactions. Apply the diluted oil with long and sweeping strokes on your skin. By doing these things, you can always have a relaxing massage experience.
