Incorporate a serum or essence into your routine for targeted skincare. Look for ingredients like vitamin C, vitamin E, hyaluronic acid, and ferulic acid that provide antioxidant effects and protect the skin from free radicals.
Applying sunblock or sunscreen every day, both indoors and outdoors, is crucial. Sunscreen protects against harmful UV rays, preventing sunburn, premature aging, dark spots, and skin cancer.
