Please Try Not To Judge Other’s Pain

Please don’t judge people. You don’t know what it took for someone to get out of bed, look and feel as presentable as possible, and face the day.

You never truly know the daily struggles of others.

Plus nobody has the right to judge you either – because nobody has been through whatever you’ve been through. They might have heard the stories, but they never felt the pain in your heart.

Remember: Each of us has our own histories and triggers we are dealing with. Please try not to judge how someone is dealing with a pain you have not personally experienced. In fact, even if you’ve experienced something similar, everybody’s story is uniquely different.

Replace judgment with empathy.
