Commit to Living the Life You Love – by Trish Fortune

NOTE: This is a guest blog by the inspiring Trish Fortune

I live by these time-honored principles (or as my clients so fondly refer to them, “Trish-isms”) in my personal life and have devoted over 20 years to educating and inspiring clients to activate them in their own lives.  I can just about guarantee YOUR greatness can be found in these words of wisdom…and if I manufactured raw, gluten-free Fortune cookies, you might just receive one of these “Trish-isms!”

Loving life arises from feeling good mentally and physically

Sound mind.  Sound body.

Health is the foundation.  Construct the life you love.

Elevate how you feel mentally and physically – let go of what no longer serves you (lifestyle habits, relationships, thoughts, or whatever stands between you and your joy).

Replace those old patterns with a new way of being and thinking – one that will support your goals of living in joy.

There are no fences in the body — everything we do, think, eat and believe directly influences our quality of life.

Quality of life is a wellspring of motivation for living a healthy lifestyle.  The quantity of years we may walk this earth mean very little if we lack a quality life.

Make shift happen – progress from observing your health (or lack thereof) to creating your optimal state of health and well-being.

Take full responsibility for your health and well-being.

Take action – shift from knowing about health to truly knowing yourself as healthy.

Make a small, significant and positive change in one area of your life.

Start a chain reaction – boost other areas of your life.

Cultivate and sustain a lifestyle of optimal health and well-being through daily habits and practice.

A lifestyle of optimal health introduces us to our genuine happiness, radiant beauty and longevity

The evidence is in the result.
