WARNING: There's a BIG difference between PLEASURE and HAPPINESS!

Don't be fooled.
Habits of PLEASURE should never be confused with habits of HAPPINESS.
Habits of PLEASURE are thrills like chocolate, margaritas, lusty-but-stormy-love, cigarettes, shopping sprees, etc...
Habits of PLEASURE are always about short term fun, but never lead to long term happiness.
In contrast...
Habits of HAPPINESS are thrills like a passion-filled career, a challenging sport activity, a satisfying artistic venture, a loving friendship or relationship which inspires you to be your most favorite self.
Habits of HAPPINESS -- unlike habits of PLEASURE -- are always about long term joy, because of one BIG difference.
Habits of PLEASURE are about stimulating your body and/or ego.
In contrast...
Habits of HAPPINESS are about stimulating your spirit -- your core self.
Habits of HAPPINESS thereby last long term -- because they last as long as YOU last. These habits IMPROVE WHO YOU ARE AS A PERSON -- and so these habits become an actual long term part of YOU.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT: If you want a happier life in 2007, vow to indulge in more habits of HAPPINESS -- do your truest passions in career or hobbies -- spend time with people who motivate you to be your hghest self -- and live at your highest potential.
Wishing you your happiest times ever in 2007, dammit!
