Happiness Tip

Want to have a happy day?
Then you MUST make sure to start your day doing something which puts you in a positive, bright mood. Work out. Write a gratitude list in your journal. Read a fun/funny book. Call a supportive friendly friend. Take your time nursing your coffee. Eat your favorite healthy breakfast food. Wear something that makes you feel sexy/cocky/confident. Your morning is your trajectory for the rest of your day...so make sure you use your AM to AIM yourself rightly and brightly!
