Are you a little TOO excited it's the weekend?

Are you happy with your job?
If not, perhaps it's because you need to find your BLUE FLAME.
Keith Ferrazzi, author of NEVER EAT ALONE, encourages people to find their BLUE FLAME -- the convergence of passion and abilities -- because this BLUE FLAME is a powerful force in achieving personal success and fulfillment.
So how do you find your BLUE FLAME?
1. "Write, pray, exercise or do whatever you need to clear your head and figure out what you're most remarkable at," says Ferrazzi. (Or as I coach people: Find out what you are the Michael Jordan of! And make sure you are being the Michael Jordan of basketball - not the Michael Jordan of baseball! Find your true stand-out thing in this world!)
2. "Get a RAP," says Ferrazzi, "a Relationship Action Plan." This is a list of all the people, places and things which will helpyou succeed in the next ten years, three years, one year, and 60 days into the future.
3. "Figure out how you can best contact the people who can help you," Ferrazzi says. "Who do you know who might know someone?"
4. Last but not least, Ferrazzi suggests you write down all the ways you can contribute to the success of the people who can help you -- and use this as your way to connect with these people.
Ferrazzi insists this is the system to make sure you are living in hot pursuit of your BLUE FLAME.
"It's not magical," says Ferrazzi, "it's not reserved for a select few born with an inherent gift for being social. Connecting with others for mutual success really just involves making a predetermined plan and carrying it out, whether you want to be a ninth-grade history teacher or start your own business."
