CAREER TIP:Use your mornings to get fired up and aim you like a human cannonball at your goals!

I totally recommend you use your first waking hours to plot out your day...instead of just plodding through them.
First off, in the morning, you still haven't been beaten down yet, so you can still believe: "BRAND-NEW FRESH DAY= BRAND-NEW FRESH START TO IMPROVE MY LIFE! WOOHOO!" Plus, your day hasn't yet started to SWERVE OUT OF CONTROL, forcing you into what's called "reactive state," reacting to life's demands as they bombard you.
And reactivity is what messes up people's lives ...leading people askew to get caught up with things that seem urgently important, but are NOT LONGTERM LIFE IMPORTANT.
In fact, there's a belief that only 20% of activities are necessary for achieving goals...and the other 80% can be delegated.
In the morning, your head is still very clear, and your spirit is still very cocky. You are in what's called "pro-active state," where you can proactively assign yourself THE MOST IMPORTANT 20% ACTIVITIES to ensure you live the most successful, juiciest life.
If you use the morning to decide where to most wisely "AIM" yourself, then throw down an espresso (or two), you'll be like an extra-strength human-cannon ball going toward what you want...and there will be no stopping you!
